Welcome to CordLess. These Terms of Use explain the rules that apply when you access or use the CordLess website, streaming service, customer support channels, apps, setup guides, subscription features, and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing CordLess, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use CordLess.

CordLess is a streaming service that provides access to movies, TV shows, live sports, live TV, and other entertainment content through supported devices, apps, and compatible platforms.

Content, channels, features, device support, and availability may vary by plan, device, app, location, provider, licensing, technical conditions, or service updates.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your location, to create an account, purchase a subscription, or use CordLess.

By using CordLess, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

To use certain CordLess features, you may need to create an account or receive login credentials.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate account information
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying CordLess if you believe your account has been accessed without permission

You may not sell, transfer, rent, share, sublicense, or redistribute your account credentials unless CordLess expressly allows it in writing.

CordLess may offer different subscription plans, billing periods, promotional offers, trials, or package options.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize CordLess or its payment provider to process the applicable charges for the plan you select.

Subscription fees, plan features, renewal terms, and billing details will be shown during checkout or within your account where available.

CordLess may update prices, plans, or package options from time to time. Any major change that affects your active subscription will be handled according to applicable law and the details provided at the time of purchase.

Cancellations and refund requests are handled according to the CordLess Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals where applicable. It does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or allowed under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

CordLess may work with popular devices and apps such as smart TVs, FireStick or Fire TV, Android TV or Android Box, Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, Windows, Mac, and other compatible streaming devices or media players.

Device compatibility may depend on your device model, operating system, app version, internet connection, location, and available setup options.

CordLess may provide setup guides or support instructions for convenience. Third-party devices, apps, app stores, platforms, or media players are not owned or controlled by CordLess unless clearly stated.

CordLess does not guarantee that every movie, TV show, channel, live event, sports program, league, broadcast, or feature will always be available.

Content and channels may change, be added, removed, interrupted, replaced, delayed, or unavailable without prior notice due to licensing, provider availability, maintenance, regional restrictions, technical issues, or other factors outside CordLess’s control.

Streaming quality may vary based on your internet speed, device, app, location, network traffic, server conditions, and technical limitations.

You agree to use CordLess only for lawful, personal, and permitted purposes.

You may not:

Share, sell, rent, resell, or redistribute your account or login credentials
Copy, reproduce, record, rebroadcast, restream, or redistribute content without permission
Use CordLess for commercial public display unless expressly authorized
Attempt to bypass account limits, device limits, security systems, access controls, or regional restrictions
Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, modify, or interfere with the service
Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or unauthorized software to access CordLess
Upload, transmit, or introduce malware, harmful code, or disruptive activity
Harass, abuse, impersonate, or mislead CordLess staff or other users
Use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others

CordLess may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account has been used in violation of these Terms.

Your subscription may include limits on devices, streams, users, locations, or account access. These limits may vary by plan or promotion.

CordLess may monitor account activity to protect the service, prevent misuse, and enforce plan limits.

Excessive sharing, unusual login activity, unauthorized resale, or abuse of device access may result in account restriction, suspension, or termination.

CordLess may provide support through chat, email, help pages, setup guides, or other support channels.

Support availability, response times, and troubleshooting outcomes may vary. CordLess will make reasonable efforts to help users set up and access the service, but we cannot guarantee that every device, app, network, or third-party platform will work without issue.

CordLess may offer discounts, free trials, referral rewards, coupons, limited-time deals, or promotional campaigns.

Promotions may be subject to separate rules, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, or plan restrictions. CordLess may modify, pause, or end promotions at any time unless prohibited by law.

Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers unless clearly stated.

The CordLess name, logo, website design, graphics, text, features, page layouts, branding, and related materials are owned by CordLess or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from CordLess materials without prior written permission.

All third-party names, logos, brands, device names, app names, content titles, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless clearly stated.

Your use of CordLess is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

By using CordLess, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.

CordLess may link to, integrate with, or rely on third-party services, including payment processors, apps, hosting providers, analytics tools, customer support platforms, app stores, device platforms, and media players.

CordLess is not responsible for third-party websites, apps, services, policies, fees, outages, or actions. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

CordLess may update, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. This may include changes to features, content, supported devices, packages, pricing, design, app compatibility, or technical requirements.

We may also perform maintenance, upgrades, or technical changes that temporarily affect service access.

CordLess may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the service if:

You violate these Terms
Your payment fails or is reversed
Your account is involved in fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity
You misuse customer support or threaten staff
You resell, redistribute, or share access improperly
We are required to do so by law or security needs

Termination may result in loss of access to your account, subscription, settings, preferences, and service features.

CordLess is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CordLess does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, always available, compatible with every device, or free from technical issues.

CordLess does not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific channel, title, event, feature, or streaming quality.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CordLess and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of access, lost profits, device issues, internet issues, service interruptions, or content unavailability.

CordLess’s total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to CordLess for the subscription period directly related to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold CordLess harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, misuse of your account, or violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts or dispute resolution forum located in [Insert Jurisdiction], unless applicable law requires a different location.
